Recipe and crafting
Choose Trapped Pouch under Tinker Tools → Bags and containers. Requires 65.0 Tinkering, 20 Logs and 5 Iron Ingots.

Usage
When magical Paralyze actually takes effect on your character, one pouch in your backpack is consumed automatically. An explosion appears on your character and 1 damage breaks Paralyze. You do not need to double-click it; this does not remove Wrestling stun.
Carrying a stack
Trapped Pouches stack together. Dragging a stack opens the amount selector. This pouch is not a storage container.
