Six one-handed throwing weapons, brief attacks on the move and the Winged effect against creatures. You do not need to carry ammunition.
Choose your weapon
All Throwing weapons are one-handed, reusable and have a range of 1–8 tiles. A higher speed value means a faster weapon; the actual time between attacks also depends on your character's combat stats.
| Weapon | Base damage | Speed | Attacks on the move (PvM) | Gerekli STR |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Throwing Star | 9–11 | 40 | 5 | 20 |
| Throwing Dagger | 9–11 | 40 | 5 | 20 |
| Hurlbat | 11–14 | 34 | 4 | 30 |
| Chakram | 11–14 | 34 | 4 | 30 |
| Javelin | 14–17 | 26 | 3 | 40 |
| Francisca Axe | 14–17 | 26 | 3 | 40 |

How do you prepare to attack on the move?
Changing weapons or targets does not grant new charges. If you switch to a weapon with fewer charges, your remaining charges are capped at that weapon's limit.
- In PvM, stand still for 3 seconds to replenish 3, 4 or 5 shots, depending on your equipped weapon.
- Starting to walk or run begins a 10-second moving-shot window. During this window, you can attack while moving as long as you have shots remaining.
- A missed attack also uses one charge. If you run out of charges or time, stand still again to prepare.
- To shoot without an available moving shot, wait briefly after your last step. The delay depends on DEX: 1 second at 25 DEX and 0.5 seconds at 100 DEX.
Limits against players
In PvP, every Throwing weapon has 1 moving shot. Stand still for 5 seconds to prepare it, then use it within 5 seconds after starting to move. Player-combat status lasts 60 seconds. Attacking a player through a pet does not bypass this rule.
Winged against creatures
A Throwing hit against an unowned, non-summoned NPC has a 10% chance to deal 150% additional damage. A target that takes damage and survives gains a Winged stack lasting 8–16 seconds. Up to 5 stacks can be active; at the limit, a new stack refreshes the one that would expire first.
- Each active Winged stack on the target increases the calculated damage of subsequent ranged hits by 2%, up to 10%.
- These additional effects do not apply to players, owned animals or summoned creatures.
- Like other weapon skills, Throwing also increases calculated damage against these types of NPCs based on your skill level; at 100 Throwing, the bonus is 25%. Armor and other combat calculations can change the final damage.
Buying and crafting weapons
You can buy them from weapon vendors. To craft them, use the Throwing category in the Blacksmithing menu; you still need a forge, anvil and smith hammer.
