Donate Points (DP) are a digital balance used for products and features in the Volantis in-game Donate menu. The product you purchase is the total amount of DP shown in your selected package.

Packages and bonus
The base price is 1 DP = 1 Turkish lira (TRY). Base packages contain 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 DP. Packages of 2,500 base DP or more include a 10% bonus.
The bonus is included in the displayed DP total. For example, the 5,000 TRY package contains 5,000 DP plus 500 bonus DP, giving a total of 5,500 DP to be credited. A package is a one-off purchase and does not start a subscription or automatic renewal.
In-game use
DP is shared by characters on the same game account. Browse products in game with .donate or through Help → Donate. Each product has its own DP price and requirements.
The catalogue includes hairstyles, beard styles, dyes, spell appearances, sea houses and other in-game options. Not every product is cosmetic: for example, the Serenity Potion slows hunger and thirst consumption. Check each product's effects, requirements and price in the guide before buying.
A DP package does not include physical goods, a separate Ultima Online licence or every product in the guide. DP is not a means of payment outside the game or an investment and cannot be exchanged for cash; statutory purchase refund rights remain unaffected.
Account and digital delivery
Once payments open, the buyer must be signed in to a web account with a verified link to a game account. Following successful payment verification, DP is processed for automatic delivery to the game account specified in the order.
There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. Payment and delivery stages can be followed on the Donate page. If payments are not yet available, packages are displayed for information and a purchase cannot be started.
