Report a problem
- Open Paperdoll → Help and select Report a Bug.
- Briefly explain what you did, what you expected and what went wrong. Include coordinates and the time if possible.
- To attach a video, select Also send my last 30-second video. The selected button appears pressed and in a different color; press it again to deselect it. Then press Send below. The video is sent with your description only when selected.
- Review recent requests and staff replies under My Replies. A new reply can be opened from the letter notification at the upper right.
Bug report with video
The video is attached to the same support request as your description. You can watch it in My Replies, and staff can watch it in the support screen. An account can submit one video report every 60 seconds; only one upload runs at a time. If the upload fails, check the status message and try again. Microphone audio is not recorded. Chat and open game windows visible during the last 30 seconds may also appear in the recording.

Open your attached video and the reply
Select the relevant entry in My Replies to open the staff message and any video you sent. Support videos sent to the server are automatically deleted after 24 hours and cannot be watched after that. Cleanup runs even without a new report. The limit of 20 recent videos per account can cause earlier deletion. Written requests and reply history are kept. The local incident archive on your computer is separate from this support record.

If You Are Stuck
Selecting a town in Stuck starts a 60-second countdown. Your character is frozen and cannot walk, cast or perform other actions. When time expires, you are sent to the selected town. See Travel for town choices and rules.
Server statistics
The Online label at the upper right of Help shows the number of players online. After a world save completes, the lower-left corner shows how many seconds it took.
Click a command row
Open Paperdoll → Help → Commands and click the command you want. Use the page buttons to see more commands. For .gc, enter the required text and confirm. Distance, membership and other usage requirements still apply.
Report a player
The report records the player and time. Relevant nearby chat delivered to you in the last two minutes may be attached for staff review, up to 50 lines. This record is not shown to players. You can send one player report per account every 60 seconds; a new request replaces your open support request.
- Open Help → Bug report → Report a player. Press Select player and target a visible nearby player.
- Check the selected player’s name and explain the reason for the report in up to 240 characters. You can also select the video of the last 30 seconds.
- Press Send and follow replies in My replies. Select the player again if more than five minutes have passed since selection.
Reporting and blocking
A report requests a review and does not apply an automatic penalty. Use the existing player-blocking options separately if you do not want to hear someone. Continue reporting game bugs through the normal description field in Bug report.
