Listing for Sale
Use the sale action in your house management menu. Remove any Player Vendor first. No new vendor can be placed at a house listed for sale. Sale management is disabled for a house flagged as improperly placed.

Buyer Checks
Distinguish placed-house listings from house deeds. Buying a placed house checks payment and ownership eligibility; existing owners face the second-house limit. Confirm ownership on the sign afterward. If the listing disappears without ownership appearing, report the time, location and amount through Help before retrying.
If the house is removed
Removing a house and converting it into a deed is free; no gold is charged or deducted from the existing return. Player Vendors are linked to the house system. When a house is removed or a caravan lease expires, each vendor’s stock, earnings and vendor deed go to that vendor’s own owner’s bank, not the house owner. An offline vendor owner or a full bank does not prevent the return. The vendor is removed. Read the return and contents information shown in the menu before removing a house.
