Distance Sales Agreement
This document explains the terms for Donate Point (DP) packages offered through volantisuo.com. Visiting this page or browsing packages does not place an order or create an obligation to pay.
Shopier payments are being prepared. Purchases are not yet available.
1. Parties and order details
The seller is the business identified by its legal name and contact details in the pre-contract information once sales open. The buyer is the person who signs in to a web account and purchases a DP package.
The buyer's name, contact and billing details, selected package, total price, recipient game account and order number belong to the individual order. They are not published on this public page.
While payments are unavailable, this page provides information before sales begin. Seller details, order-specific information and applicable terms must be completed and presented before the buyer incurs any obligation to pay.
2. What is being sold
The product is the amount of digital Volantis Donate Point (DP) balance specified in the selected package. DP is used for products and features in the Volantis in-game Donate menu; no physical goods are shipped.
Characters on the same game account share DP. DP is not a bank account, electronic money or an investment product; it cannot be used as a means of payment outside the game or exchanged for cash. Statutory rights to a refund of the purchase price remain unaffected.
The effects, requirements and DP prices of in-game products are explained in the relevant guide pages. Buying a DP package does not purchase every product in the guide or an unlimited right of use.
3. Price and payment
The base price is 1 DP = 1 Turkish lira (TRY). Base packages of 2,500 DP or more receive 10% bonus DP. The total DP on the package card includes the bonus, with no additional charge for it.
The selected package and total TRY amount shown before payment apply to the order. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed total selling price. There are no physical delivery or shipping charges.
Once the payment system is available, card payments will be completed on Shopier's payment page. Each purchase is a one-off transaction, not an automatically renewing subscription or recurring card charge. A failed or cancelled payment does not mean that DP has been delivered.
4. Digital delivery
Once payments and automatic delivery are available, DP will be credited after successful payment verification to the game account specified in the order and verifiably linked to the web account. A username or payment screenshot alone is not proof of delivery.
Receiving payment and crediting DP to the game account are separate processing stages. The transaction status on the Donate page shows the payment and delivery stage. A server or connection interruption may leave delivery pending; the same order should not be paid for again.
The buyer retains statutory rights to correction and a refund where DP is not delivered, the credited amount is incorrect or a payment is duplicated. Delivery and complaint procedures are set out on the page below.
5. Withdrawal and refund rights
Except where a statutory exception applies, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason or paying a penalty. For service contracts, the period begins when the contract is concluded. Additional statutory protections remain available if required information was not provided.
The withdrawal exception in Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation may apply to services performed immediately electronically or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer. It applies only where the particular transaction meets the legal conditions; it is not an unconditional ban on refunds for all DP transactions. Required information and consents must be provided or obtained before the relevant transaction.
A withdrawal exception does not remove rights arising from defective or incomplete service, undelivered balance or duplicate charges. Applicable refunds are made within the relevant statutory time limits and conditions, using a method consistent with the original means of payment.
6. Complaints and disputes
Once sales open, requests may be sent through the seller contact channels provided in the pre-contract information and order record. Include the order number, transaction date, amount and a brief description of the issue. Do not share a full card number, card security code or account password.
The mandatory provisions of Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation apply. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts under the current monetary thresholds and procedural rules. Pre-action mediation applies where required by law.
